Luke and Sarah Stewart lived above the Arctic Circle for 17 years, serving as church planters among the Inupiat of Alaska. They also traveled with their family to Israel 3 times and studied Hebrew in their homeschooling program. The older 4 kids are nearly fluent in Hebrew, while Luke, Sarah, and the younger 2 kids are working on catching up. God has given them a heart for Israel and her people. They have hosted Israelis in their home for 3 years and have a consistent witness with the local Alaskan Jewish population. They love teaching on a variety of topics, but their favorites are Israel, and God's Word. Celebrate Messiah will be a new chapter in their lives; one they are eager to jump into. Please pray for them as they begin their life in New Zealand, and Luke takes on the position of managing CMNZ's Wanaka Outreach Centre.
